Charlie Bloch was an Illinois state trooper. On October 31 1989, He was sent to the Myers house where his job was to protect Jamie Lloyd while they tried to trap Michael Myers. While they waited, he told Jamie that she was a brave little girl and that he would protect her no matter what. Jamie then felt that her friend Billy Hill was in danger back at the clinic so Sheriff Meeker sent all of his men towards there instead and told Bloch and Sam Loomis to take Jamie with them to the police station. Loomis had other plans and pulled a gun on Bloch, telling him to keep himself and Jamie in the house while he tried to deal with Michael. Charlie decided it wasn't best for Jamie to stay in that house so he planned to escape out the window for both of them. It was only when they heard Loomis scream that Charlie tried to hurry up but it was too late. Michael had busted into the room and attacked Charlie. Jamie managed to run away but Charlie wasn't so lucky as Michael attacked him and hung him in a rope noose from a second floor window, killing him. Charlie was buried in the Mt. Sinclair Cemetery in November 1989.
He is the 43rd human victim of Michael Myers.
