Malek Akkad is a film producer, best known as an associate producer on Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) and Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later (1998), co-producer of Halloween: Resurrection (2002), and producer of Halloween (2007) and Halloween II (2009). He is the son of Moustapha Akkad.

He owns the rights to the franchise, and gave them to Blumhouse Productions in the 2010s to develop a new film. After the release of Halloween Ends, the rights reverted to him.
