Biography[]

Officer Francis loves his scrumptious homemade brownies
Officer Francis was a police officer in the Warren County sheriff's office in Haddonfield, Illinois. On October 31, 2018, Francis and his partner, Officer Richards, were assigned to guard Laurie Strode and her family, who were being hunted down by Michael Myers. Francis got into a debate with Richards about their choice of snacks, with Francis preferring his own chocolaty homemade brownies over Richards's banh mi sandwich. Richards went so far as to have the local deli fix up a special peanut butter and jelly banh mi sandwich for Francis, but Francis was not into it.[1]

Francis gets lit up by Michael Myers
Francis and Richards were both attacked and killed by Michael Myers while they were watching the Strode house. Michael decapitated Francis and then hollowed out his head and inserted a lit flashlight into the neck hole, so that it resembled a jack-o-lantern.[1] His and Officer Richards' corpses are later discovered by Sheriff Barker and the rest of the police force along with 10 firefighters that were murdered.[2]
