Sally Wilson is a character that only appears in the 1997 young adult novel The Scream Factory.
Biography[]
Sally Wilson is a young girl who attended Haddonfield High School in 1997 as a senior. She is described as a "dark-haired tigress with flawless skin and more than the occasional flash of mischief in her bright green eyes" in contrast to her bookish best friend, Lori Parker. She dated Matt Hudson, a Haddonfield High School football player who was described as the resident hunk after his breakup with Marsha Miller. She is described as scattered and unorganized and has an ongoing feud with Marsha over Matt.
Sally was mostly around to gossip with Lori about boys, most notably Lori's crush, Jake Kovac. After planning a Halloween party with Lori at city hall, Marsha took great offense since she had been having a party the same night.
Sally attended the Halloween party with Lori and Matt, but she and Matt got into a huge argument, which saw him leave her and go out for a drive. After he failed to come back in a timely fashion, Sally began to worry and tried to locate him, only to be startled by Marsha wearing a Michael Myers mask trying to scare her.
However, when she went back outside to call Matt's mother, she was attacked by the real Michael Myers, but escaped into City Hall and was able to lock him out of the front door.
Matt soon arrived and she and Matt had a hand in rescuing many from the party after city hall was set on fire, thus surviving Halloween.
