The Sewer Cave is the site were Michael Myers lives in after his 2018 massacre. It is also were Nelson Christopher lives, bringing Michael food and victims.

Halloween Ends[]
Four years after Michael’s disappearance in 2018, he has gone into hiding. Eventually, Nelson Christopher finds him in his new home, this sewer cave, and slowly tries to bring Michael back to full power by bringing him food and victims. On October 29, Corey Cunningham wakes up in the sewer cave after walking around. He finds the exit and begins walking towards it but when a rock falls down, he backs up into and out cove, were he is grabbed by Michael who begins to choke him. After breaking free of Michael’s grasp, Corey flees out the entrance then stares into it, only for Nelson to grab him, declaring Michael brings people in there now, and after saying he is Michael, he tries to force Corey to go back in, and gets Michael’s mask, only for Corey to stab him in self-defense. Later, during the night, Corey lures Doug Mulaney, Allyson Nelson’s ex-boyfriend, below the overpass to the sewer entrance. After a struggle, Corey goes into the sewer cave with Doug following him. After Doug enters the cave, he searches for Corey, shining his flashlight on a stone carving of Michael’s mask, spotting Corey once. Michael rushes Doug and slams him into a wall, only for Doug to kick him back with Corey’s assistance. Michael manages to kill Doug, regaining strength. The sewer cave is last seen on October 31st, when Corey crawls in demanding Michael's mask, with both men wrestling and Corey eventually pinning Michael down and taking the mask, leaving the sewer cave to commit his own murders.
