The surgical blade is a large surgical instrument used as a weapon by Michael Myers in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers.
In the film, it is used to massacre all the people in an operating room.

In the theatrical version of the film, the Cult of Thorn is preparing to begin an operation on someone while Steven and Danny are in the other room. Michael walks down a hallway which leads to the operating room. On the way, he notices a cart with medical tools. He nearly picks up a knife before he stops and picks up a large, surgical blade that resembles a machete and looks at it before heading into the room and butchering the people inside. After the massacre is over, Michael is never seen with it again. He most likely left it in the room, either embedded into a body or on the floor.
