Dr. Mixter with a syringe in his right eye
The syringe is Michael Myers' secondary weapon in 1981's Halloween II.
Michael first kills Dr. Mixter off-screen with one syringe through the eye. Later, as Janet Marshall finds the doctor's body, Michael uses a second syringe to inject an air embolism through her temple, killing her.

Syringes were also used in the theatrical version of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers against Michael, injecting him with unknown corrosive chemicals.
