Tommy Lee Wallace is an American film producer, screenwriter and director.
Work on the Halloween franchise[]
Wallace was an important asset in the production of Halloween, being the production designer and editor. He even played Michael Myers in the infamous closet scene. He became good friends with John Carpenter on set and was later offered to direct Halloween II. He declined after careful consideration because he was disappointed with the script. He later wrote and directed Halloween III: Season of the Witch, where he can also be heard as the announcer of the Silver Shamrock commercials.
