Vanessa is a character in 2018's Halloween and 2021's Halloween Kills, and is played by Carmela McNeal.
Biography[]
First encounter with Michael Myers[]
On Halloween night, Vanessa and Marcus were leaving their house in costume when Marcus remembered that he had left his stethoscope inside the house. As she entered their car, Vanessa found herself face-to-face with Michael Myers, who stood only meters away. Marcus then reemerged from the house, pointing out that he had had the stethoscope inside his pocket the whole time. Vanessa then asked if he had the directions as they enterd the car, unaware of the full threat that Michael posed at the time.
Death[]
After Michael killed Marcus and Marion, Vanessa attempted to shoot Michael, but just as she was about to, the killer kicked the car door, causing Vanessa to accidentally shoot herself. Michael later placed both Marcus' and her body on a merry-go-round, and put Dennis' skull mask on her. Tommy, Allyson, Lonnie, and Lonnie's son Cameron discovered their bodies.
